At the September 16, 2026 BMC meeting, the Board selected a growth rate recommendation of 0% to include in the Los Osos Basin Management Committee 2027 Growth Rate Recommendation Letter to the County of San Luis Obispo Groundwater Sustainability Director. The Board directed Staff to finalize the letter with the selected growth rate recommendation and authorized the BMC Chair to approve the final letter and submit it to the County.
